The First US-Japan ICT Workshop a Success

The first US-Japan Intelligent Construction Technologies (ICT) workshop was held in Tokyo on April 24, 2019. It was well-attended and successful! Dr. George K. Chang, The Transtec Group, USA (also President of International Society for Intelligent Construction – ISIC – recently changed from IICTG), Prof. Soheil Nazarian, UTEP, USA (a Executive Committee Member of ISIC), and Emeritus Prof. Fumio Tastuoka, University of Tokyo and Tokyo University of Science, as well as other speakers presented the latest and greatest ICT.

Industry sponsors include Sakai Heavy Industry, AKT, etc. This workshop has boosted Japan’s interests in ICT and will facilitate implementation there!
